Encrypted API only

Communication between the panel and your nodes is limited to display data over an encrypted WebSocket. We can never access raw customer data.

Nobody except you. The Cascadia daemon runs entirely on your hardware and processes all workload data locally. Cascade's panel UI fetches display data over an encrypted API — we never have access to raw customer data, filesystem contents, or database records.
The Cascadia daemon continues operating independently on your hardware. Your customers' services keep running. You'd lose the management panel UI, but no workloads are affected. We're also committed to providing a migration path and data export tools.
No. Cascade is a management platform. You bring your own servers — dedicated hardware, co-location, or bare-metal cloud providers. We provide the software layer that manages everything on top of your infrastructure.
For most hosting companies, yes. Cascade includes a complete billing system — invoices, payment processing (Stripe, PayPal, SEPA, crypto), automated receipts, and client account management. If you have complex WHMCS workflows, we'd encourage you to register interest and discuss your requirements with our team.
Via a single install script that runs on any Ubuntu 22.04+ or Debian 12+ node. The daemon handles service provisioning, monitors resources, and communicates with the Cascade panel over a secure WebSocket connection. Installation takes under five minutes.
ARK: Survival Evolved/Ascended, CS2, Team Fortress 2, Valheim, Palworld, and more. New game support is added regularly. The provisioning engine is Pterodactyl-compatible, so existing eggs work.
Not currently. Cascade is a managed service — we run the panel on our edge infrastructure so you don't have to. This gives you automatic updates, high availability, and sub-50ms panel latency globally. A self-hosted option is on our roadmap.
