Abuse & Trust

If you believe a hosting company is using a Cascade instance to operate abusively or illegally, report it here. Aftora investigates every credible report and will take action — including suspension — where abuse is confirmed.

What we act on
Spam & Phishing

Mass-sending unsolicited email, SMS, or messages. Hosting pages designed to steal credentials or impersonate legitimate services.

Malware Distribution

Hosting or distributing malicious software, ransomware, trojans, botnets, or command-and-control infrastructure.

DDoS for Hire

Operating booter or stresser services. Selling or facilitating distributed denial-of-service attacks against third parties.

Illegal Content

Hosting content that is illegal in the jurisdiction of operation, including CSAM, terrorist material, or content violating court orders.

Fraudulent Billing

Charging customers for services not rendered, non-consensual recurring charges, or operating fraudulent payment fronts.

Other Abuse

Any other conduct that violates Cascade's acceptable use policy, Aftora's terms of service, or applicable law.

Not for product bugs

This page is for reporting abuse by a Cascade operator — not for bugs or issues with Cascade itself. For product support, email hello@aftora.io.

Aftora takes abuse seriously. We built Cascade to help legitimate hosting businesses serve their customers — not to provide infrastructure for harm. We reserve the right to suspend any operator without notice where there is credible evidence of abuse.
